Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

We strive to get your wellness products to you as quickly as possible! Orders placed during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST) are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed outside of business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via USPS & UPS within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or international addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at rusticoilsllc@yahoo.com

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at rusticoilsllc@yahoo.com with your order number and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping CBD

At this time we can not ship any CBD product to Idaho.  We are also not able to ship CBD edibles to New York or California.  Please be aware of the laws in your state before placing your order.
